We currently have 6 working horses and ponies. Group rideouts will only ever be as large as 5 persons with our pack pony. Children must be over 12 years and have some riding experience. Adult beginners are welcome as are experienced riders. We use a selection of English leather and Western saddles.
In the background here you can see our "roundpen" which we use for training the horses we have a concreted yard, with tack room, feed sheds and 5 available stables as well as a rug/hats, boots and wet weather gear indoor area with tea and coffee facilities. The toilet is a basic affair but with a mirror and handwashing facilities !

We also have a large, outdoor schooling area where the zero balance sessions are done and we hope to organise some workshops in the summer months with Beth Duff of "The Red Horse Speaks" see www.TheRedHorseSpeaks.com
Satinka is our newest addition, a 3 year old Appaloosa, a little unsure of the camera !

This is Bob investigating while Nan mucks out. We have 6 stables of various sizes which can be used if you wish to bring your own horse.

Joe is an Irish Sportshorse and is quite in love with Phoenix. We have a small selection of body protectors in various sizes but would suggest that you bring your own for comfort if you feel that you need to wear one.

Phoenix is a Connemara/Irish Draft.

Tarka is an Irish Draft cross Thoroughbred.


We have brought on 2 youngsters aged only 6 months old when they arrived.

Kendra is the pretty, punkycoloured pony from a remote glen in the highlands
Breagha (Gallic for "lovely") is a Highland part Eriskay.
