We currently have 6 working horses and ponies. Group rideouts will only ever be as large as 5 persons with our pack pony. Children must be over 12 years and have some riding experience. Adult beginners are welcome as are experienced riders. We use a selection of English leather and Western saddles.
In the background here you can see our "roundpen" which we use for training the horses we have a concreted yard, with tack room, feed sheds and 5 available stables as well as a rug/hats, boots and wet weather gear indoor area with tea and coffee facilities. The toilet is a basic affair but with handwashing facilities !

Satinka is a 5 year old Appaloosa who will be ridden by Fiona only and we hope that she will lead rides, a little unsure of the camera !
The saddle was handcrafted by Paul Carpenter, our local Western saddler, www.mtn-m.co.uk Our newest addition to the team is Marv (Marvellous) who is a Clydesdale cross Cob and completed a charity ride from John'O'Groats to Lands End. He is proving to be a real gentleman,

This is Bob investigating while Nan mucks out. We have 6 stables of various sizes which can be used if you wish to bring your own horse.

Joe is an Irish Sportshorse and is quite in love with Phoenix. We have a small selection of body protectors in various sizes but would suggest that you bring your own for comfort if you feel that you need to wear one.

Phoenix is a Connemara/Irish Draft.

Tarka is an Irish Draft cross Thoroughbred.


We have brought on 2 youngsters aged only 6 months old when they arrived.

Kendra is the pretty, punkycoloured pony from a remote glen in the highlands
Breagha (Gallic for "lovely") is a Highland part Eriskay.
